In 1937 Dr Ley, head of the DAF and Tullio Cianetti his Italian counterpart met in Germany and agreed to a deal allowing Italian workers to go to Germany for employment. Those officials present at this meeting were presented with this badge. 46 by 36mm. 20.09 grams. Rare.
